Front Cover Layout

I've picked out this magazine cover simply because i love the front cover image! This is the sort of image i imagine on my music magazine front cover, a close up including the head and shoulders. It delivers a personal shot which is really effective on the reader, it brings out their best features and intruges the reader in, as the its aimed at them on a personal level. I also love the colour scheme, the urban/african colours make the magazine look really classy and i also think the colours would work well for a music magazine too.
